Pet Photography - Theme "Patterns"

April 27, 2018  •  5 Comments

This week's Pet Photography theme is "Patterns".  As I think about this particular theme, I think of cats - tabby cats with tiger stripes - of course, a brindle color dog has a random pattern and several other things came to mind as well.  For this week's theme, I choose to use the background of the photograph as the pattern.  For the first image, a young puppy is sitting in a basket and a pattern on the light and dark wood in the background.

This past week we visited several different parks looking for new and interesting things to photograph.  We came across a horse shoe course (I have never seen one before!) and the first thing I was struck by is the PATTERNS!  Yes, this is loaded with patterns.  The grass and concrete stripes going across the scene and the white poles going along the sides - this screams for a great photograph.  This photograph features Abby on the grass strip.

That's all for this week!

I can’t see Abby on the grass strip, but the horseshoe course sounds interesting. That puppy 8n the basket is adorable though
